Noise disturbances from the street are quite distracting!!! The staff needs more training to avoid awkward situations during dining!!! Maintenance of bathroom fixtures could greatly improve comfort!!!

The beautiful moorish architecture made my stay memorable, while the noise from the delivery area disrupted our sleep significantly.

We had a wonderful family experience at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring Granada, with many fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. Our grown kids especially enjoyed the great breakfast buffet and spacious rooms with beautiful decor.

My wife says that a small play area for kids would be a great addition to keep younger children entertained and allow parents to relax.

It was just a nice choice for a speedy visit in Granada with good value for money. The shower control was a bit tricky, but once I found the right head, it was fine. Consider checking the fitness center hours before planning to use it.

Overall, the rooms feel cramped and dated. The window coverings in some rooms fail to block out street lights properly, making sleep a challenge. Sound insulation leaves much to be desired, as conversations from neighboring rooms can disturb the peace. The gym's size is underwhelming, equipped minimally and lacking essential machines, while slow Wi-Fi connectivity makes streaming or work quite the hassle. Additionally, the absence of basic amenities like a kettle puts a damper on comfort, especially for those craving a morning coffee.

Had a great time with friends! The location made it easy to check out tapas bars nearby and rent a vehicle for day trips. Rooms were comfy, and the staff was super helpful. Don't miss the delightful café next door. Perfect for a fun group getaway!
